You really need to read the 20 or so pages leading up to it. Nickels kept trying to say stuff didn't happen because the car he raced during the crash wasn't the correct car, or it happened in another area so no that's not true yada yada.

Like me asking you if you went to work today in the 240 and you answer by saying no I didn't go to work, rather than no I didn't go to work in the 240 but did go to work in the 350.
