Thats my plan too, when I buy a house. 15 years is the goal. I think its doable for me. I figure I save for another year or so, then I should be able to pull it off. A second income would make that a lot easier, tho.
Don't forget you want to put down 20% to avoid paying Mortgage insurance. Mortgage insurance sucks....
