Was just reading the police report... the 3yrold that died, she wasnt with her mom.

She was with her godmother when the guy hit them. I cant even imagine what her parents must feel like.

there should be a meet in honor of those who lost their lives to "racecars:" like the 3 yr old girl and all other innocent victims who were just minding their own business.

Perhaps then, it would raise more awareness. 9/10x something stupid always happens after a meet, we just don't hear about it until someone loses their life.

That wouldn't change a thing, most the street racing/ "race car" related deaths are not after meets, they are at gatherings like the former metro etc.. or poorly organized roll runs...

after meets you do have people ricing it up when they leave for the cameras, (stupid) but there isn't full blown racing taking place, there are other "meet ups" where that kind of stuff is organized

also in this case sounds like this kid was just an idiot that made a very poor decision that cost innocent people their lives.

Not sure how your friends could ID a stock looking mazda 3 at a meet of that scale, unless they knew the driver.

GSP looked on point. Timing wise the takedown was clearly there. His striking and jab looked good. Condit tried pulling a few knee bars and GSP shook them off. It was a great fight, couldn't have been a better test for his knee or mentality.

I'm already planning on going to the Superfight in/around May.

So turned out my car wasn't starting because the timing was "off" because of this.

curious how that snapped in the first place. Of all the things that could happen... how in the world does that happen. One would have to put forth a lot of effort to snap a piece of solid aluminum... behind a timing cover (of all places?)

Time to put down some bets on how many miles this engine makes it.

You almost have to try to break it.

I just won't drive the car so you'll never find out. I'll hold the bets in the meantime

Get some winter gloves. Cortech makes nice winter gauntlets that have worked down to low 30's for me.

No clue where Rt5 is so don't know how fast that is.

My and my friend made it from Carlisle, PA to my door right outside it Baltimore (90 miles) in 1hr flat. Woulda been quicker but we had tail bags and luggage lol.
