Even though it happens tomorrow, I can already tell I'm getting older. Who gives a fawk if this dude wants to paint his own car? I see why people leave this forum...

 

this thread is absolutely HILARIOUS! Reminds me of good ole Mid-A golden days where a thread like this would show up once a week in this region.

 

not so much the painting, its the attitude... people are just giving their opinions , ultimately if he wants to paint/mod his car like a piece of ricer trash then he will, nothing will change that,

but by the same token nothing will stop people from voicing their opinions about said ricer trash.

And most people that leave this forum haven't been on her very long and are under the age of 20, due to the fact that a civic is more expensive than a Z now. and they will not be missed. Others that leave are merely moving on to other platforms/ getting out of the game

I am on other "less harsh" forums, and besides being boring, people flat out give incorrect advice because no one wants to call them out and hurt their feelings

 

Point taken, but on first glance I actually liked the fact that he went for something different. But I was focused more on the paint color and less on the candy scheme. It looked "different" to me and sometimes the more outlandish stuff gets more attention at shows. [If he actually does enter shows as he claims]. Keep in mind we had a very popular member who drove a bright green Z and we never flamed him.
