I'm not a big fan of eating ears, cactus, tripe etc but...
Ironically those "poor people fillers" are better for you than that composite stuff/fake meat crap that is served as value meals

Have you guys ever been to or heard of Mi Pueblito in Gaithersburg off of Summit Ave. Its a Peruvian place. Looks pretty good, small hole in the wall place.

no I can't say I have, however now I am intrigued. I have to go check this place out the next time I'm in Gaithersburg.
I found this "Mexican" restaurant off of carrol and university in silver spring last night after class. It wasn't bad, I might go there more often. I wasn't too impressed with their tortillas but the food was legit.
Bert, when we meeting up for legit Peruvian food? I might even be down to eat guinea pig, since you people consider it a delicacy.
