You would have a Peruvian style chicken but it wouldnt be Peruvian chicken. Flavor was wont be close. I know because I do. Chicken breast sliced thin with the spice mix. It's not bad for grilled chicken but it isn't anything like Peruvian chicken.
Just FTR, this is not true.

That place is the fake gringo crap. All colorful and chit makes the taco look like a christmas tree. Go to go to the hood for the legit stuff.

Jose Andres is one of the better chefs in the world, anyone who goes to one of his restaurants and expects true Latin American style street food needs to be kicked in the nuts. Just because he's a Jose doesn't mean hes Mexican.

So far everything I've had at any of his places has been rock solid.

Nandos is good but over priced, you live near super pollo and pollo Rico.... No reason to hit up nandos. Although they do have good chicken liver.

Mother of God!

Peruvian chicken with no skin? Do you ever see an African on Nat Geo with no horseflies in the face?

I must cut you next time we meet.

Alberto, it could be a new trend, all the local chicken joints will start offering skinless chicken for the healthy fawks.

although if done right, all the fat is melted off so there's really very little fat VS skinless if done correctly.

Anh and alexa are about to have a baby. It's name is either trane or carrier and will be between 3-4 ton. Up to $10k for delivery and setup.

I think he will only buy top of the line, I mean look at how much more he spent to get a German garage door opener, when that wasn't needed.

I agree, but anything over $1000 sets back the baby idea at least 1 year.
