This is what I posted on the G forum
Someone's got to bring it out. The Thur night meet has been going awesome. Everyone has been having a great time. But the past 2 weeks we had some outsiders (Last week was the Honda Civic/S2000 crowd and tonight was the Miata crowd) started to join the meet at the same time and same location. These outsiders had been acting inappropriately and I am concerned that they will soon ruin the good thing that we have going on. Last week the Honda crowd was blasting loud music and stood in the middle of the road and blocked traffic. Tonight the Miata crowd was revving their cars and one particular guy decided to pull a teenager bully move and yelled/screamed at a random car that passed by. I am not sure how these guys found out about the NGC Thur night meet. But if any of us is friends with those guys, PLEASE make sure they don't do anything inappropriate to get everyone kicked out.

Cobb can achieve the same results as Uprev. They both tweak the stock tuning parameters. The problem with Cobb is that they no longer provide technical support for Z/G's so there are no ROM's available for newer models. So it's a dead product basically. From what I heard AAM sticks with Cobb on G/Z's because they can't get Uprev Pro Tuner certified for whatever reason, either political or financial. Uprev tunes they have done in the past were using end user Tuner (one-off, much more espensive) licenses.

I know he's looking to build his block and up the boost, at which we'll try to get him to switch to uprev
Randy is right we cannot offer Uprev flash service because we aren't a pro dealer (don't ask why lol) but we can get a wholesale rate for the actual tuner, which is the whole package for the DIY' tuners. This allows the owner complete control of the ecu without having to go through the tuner, also will not marry you to the tuner

Shelton's car was turbo'd for 2 or so years, I'm not 100% sure when Cobb gave up on the g/z's
