Yes, That's a 1" wrench! Some things are worth paying a little more for I guess.

they only thing that sux is when you are changing the oil and forget its magnetic and it takes a second to move out the was and your hand gets covered in oil but it makes it easy to keep track of i stick it to the sway bar

We have them, Just got them in and was kind of impressed with how strong the magnets were compared to cheaper ones we've seen.

go to radio shack and buy some 2$ rare earth magnets. buy some 3$ JB weld and attach magnet to stock oil drain plug.

Buy a nice 6 pack of beer with the change

Just a quick question, with an all aluminum engine, what use will a magnet be? What possible ferrous or other magnetic metals could chip off and be floating around in a Z engine? Not trying to be a smart-azz, really just wondering.

just put a magnet on the bottom of your pan. i have one and its been there for 30k+ miles. its roughly the size of my palm and half an inch thick.

The VQ35DE is not all aluminum....the block is, but not necessarily the rest of the engine...

The rings are steel as are the bearings I think.

Only thing aluminum is the block, pistons and head castings, Everything else is steel, rings, cams, oil pump gears, timing chains ect.
