Had a 1st and part of 2nd gear run with a modded 350Z on the berlin turnpike. He was about 2 and a half car lengths back by middle of 2nd gear. I was a black cobra and he was a sunset orange. Do you post here?

Quite a beast you got there. I saw in your sig that you have a 2.8 pulley. This means you're running more boost right? I was just wondering how much boost the 03 Cobra runs stock and how much you are running now?

 

8psi is stock and im seeing as much as 15 on cold days. More like 14 tho. Thanks man. 2.8 pulley and the idler to sustain boost is just the ticket to a fast 03 cobra.. Hope the guy posts here. My bro has a g35 coupe and was interested in his exhaust.

 

When was this? I was at the Pike Saturday night and didn't see any other Z's. There were quite a few Mustangs and Camaro's that looked and sounded mean that I wouldn't want to mess with.

 

There were two Zs and a G35 coupe there satruday night.. I of course, was the black 03 cobra. Did you see me?

because he's interested in the exhaust it had. I assume he's not referring to the stock exhaust

 

A few of us will be at the Pike tomorrow. Two chrome silvers and one redline will probably be at the Dunkin Donuts in Newington after 8:00 PM. Hopefully the Lemans Sunset will be around and will see us and stop in. Blades if you're around stop in. I'd love to see your ride up close.

We were at the pike last Saturday. There was an LeMans Sunset Z there with some custom exhaust. I'm pretty sure it was he that you met. He said something about how he had a set of straight pipes and that he was making about 10-14 hp, bringing him to 300hp. Unfortunately, the only dyno he had to back himself up was the one with the big crack down the middle.

I dunno. Nice color, but I didn't really like the exhaust much. It was VERY loud and somehow didn't fit what I perceive as the character of the Z much.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't post here. He did say that he was going to get a CF hood, CF door handles and that he had the Stillen S/C on order.

you have 474 hp vs 287 maybe 310 TOPS, you weigh the same too, that guy is an idiot for racing you. We all know cobras are fast but i guarantee i've got a 5,100lb truck that will give you your a$$ if you wanna go v-8 vs v-8 :P

Where are all these MA meets going on... I'm from the Lowell Ma area and would like to meet some fellow Z'ers... I am actually planning to run up at Epping next week..
