LOL....

I like low speed races, they seem to be the most fun to me. A mid 90's escort pulled even with me at the light one day and launched hard when it turned green. I just kept even with him the whole way not trying to get in front of him at all. Right now I am sure some kid on an Escort forum is saying that he held off a 350z...LOL

Ya I had far funner races when I owned slower cars. My first car when i was in HS was a used prelude Si (86 model at the time, got it with 80k miles when it was 6 years old). It was fun because it seemed to be just faster then your average cars on the road and races were always frun and people were always willing to race you.. Now I had the car for 4+ months, 5k+ miles and have got into 1 maybe 2 races..

ditto, I guess civics and what not dont want to be embarresed, and cars worthy of racing are actually somewhat rare. mustang GTs, sti, evo, comaros, firebirds, the domestics are only worth it in their V8 forms, which arent so common at all... its hard to find a sports car these days.

saw a carrera 4S the other day, didnt even bother... neither did he, we never lined up, but if we had... damn that cars sexy.
