350z vs 1956 f 100

theres this older man in his 40s he wants to race me hes got a 1956 ford f 100 with a 351 bored to a 358. proably running about 300 to 320 at the wheels. its an auto 4 on the colmn. do u think he gould win?

300 HP in a 2 million lb truck is not fast, but im sure he knows his **** and is alot more than 300 hp or he has done significant weight reduction.
