Hi all, I purchased a set of AAM test pipes from POWUH last week, and received them yesterday. Link to sale thread
I was shocked when I looked at the pipes, they are in absolutely crap condition!! One of the pipe had been welded before, he didn't tell me that before, hang on, not only that, now there is a crack on a welded crack! The other half is in better shape, only a BIG DENT at the bottom! Check the pictures below, I need explanation POWUH! I bet my luck on paypal and filed a dispute, if it is in my favor, powuh you got a lesson for not cheating anyone on forum. If I am unlucky, I learnt a lesson that scumbags do exist in this world.

Any suggestion mods and forum fellows? I am new to this site, and this is my first transaction, and I think this might be the last!

 

wow! sorry to hear bout it man. he is really a nice guy, i bought some stuffs from him, paid him and suddenly he were unable to send the stuffs to me because of few problems. got lucky, he refunded my cash back.

Did you ask powuh for a refund first? Did he say no?

First, he said he forgot to mention about the welding. What?
Second, he reckoned the new crack caused by courier. Look at the crack itself, is it even possible? And look at the first point, is he trustable?
Third, he didn't know there was a dent. Look at the last 2 points, what? Maybe it was the courier guy put it under his truck and dragged it for half a mile.

 

I didnt ask for a refund or something. I was hoping he will propose me something and work this out until I saw him online in the forum and didn't bother to response to my message, I filed a dispute in paypal, and he escalated the dispute straight away without even bother to make any arrangement with me. What was he trying to do here?

 

If I want a refund to any issue I notice the seller and give him/her
48 hours. No contact? File w/ paypal.

I've run into issues with POWUH in the past as well.

 

those aren't even AAm test pipes, lol.

 

Fairly certain this isn't the first issue someone has had with him. I'm going to try and find the previous transgression......

I don't do the banning. I can't find the link, but I remember he got someone to send him or sell him a set of wheels. He got them to agree to let him have them with a down payment......dude didn't pay off the rest of the balance and ignored the seller. Don't know if it was ever resolved. I will keep looking for the thread....

I had sent him message before and still no response after 24 hours. I will try to send him the link of this thread. 03threefiftyz or any other mods, please help me to get hold of him. I don't know, by looking at the pictures, I guess we all are pretty convinced that he was definitely trying to sell a broken pipes to me. It will surprise me if he doesn't get banned on this. I paid $190 shipped on this, to be honest it is not big money but it is my cold hard cash I earned from working my **** off just like everyone of you.

 

I'll send him a message....he has been online today. I guess the previous situation with the wheels was resolved.

If a user has a negative review on their itrader....I'd be weary. Generally speaking....people will give other users the benefit of the doubt. You can always PM the user of the negative review, and ask them for experience with the seller. In the case of POWUH....he has a big red negative review with SCAMMER in the tag line. Just something to keep in mind.
