Valvesprings do not raise your rev limiter - the rev limiter is electronically programmed. Valvesprings also have nothing to do with an engine being FI or NA, nor stroked or stock displacement. Valvesprings are only related to the cam choice and the intended rpm range

Pulling the engine is the best way to do this, makes the cam/spring work easier, makes header install easier, and pulling the engine is not difficult on this car at all

a tune is mandatory

expected power - impossible to guess because you haven't listed any specifics. Cams come in different flavors, exhausts come in different flavors, headers come in different flavors, tunes come in different flavors, and dyno's come in different flavors. With so many flavors, no one can guess what meal you'll end up with. As you specify the ingredients, the results will become clearer. You could make a significant gain from stock, you could make nearly nothing. Specific answers can really only come from specific questions

Same goes for the FI route - yes, these mods may benefit you when you go turbo, or they may not. At least 2 parts on the list (headers and cold air) will likely not benefit you by any significant amount (the cold air you won't be able to use no matter what FI route you choose down the road), and should you go twin turbo, you won't be able to use the headers you buy at all either

^very helpful post right there. Also makes me wonder how has my Rev limit raised to 7k before even reprogramming the ECU?

Anyways, best of luck OP!
