312/321 closed cutout. 331/347 open is my $14k NA build. That is a gain of 59hp over my full bolt on which is 247.29 per hp.

If I had it to do over I think I'd keep the 14k.

One 350Z in New York with forced induction is enough.

My suggestion:

Brian Crower or Cosworth Stroker kit
10.5:1 - 11.00:1 compression
Cams: 283.5 deg

If you want to be really original go for ITB's ( Individual Throttle Bodies)

My 88mm 11.1 stroker with JWT S7s and springs can rev to the sky but power drops off at 6500.

The valves/intake/exhaust are ported polished worked and that is how I am making as much power as I am.

VQ35s are not great NA. My motor makes great torque low down and is bulletproof reliable.
