Quick Compression Question

Is anybody running 11:5:1 compression fine on 91 octane? If so, have you had any problems? 96mm bore (.020 over), cometic head gaskets, heads ported and polished aswell.

Man that seems high for 91 oct, i'm no expert by any means just seems high to me.
