Difference between JWT and Tomei Cams

JWT has great customer support from what I hear from my mechanic. They are very quick to help in decision making and offering advice and still do R&D rather than just throwing a product out on the market and calling it a day. Not knocking Tomei but the language barrier is there.
This proved to be extremely useful in my case, and their support afterwards has been absolutely incredible.
I can't imagine emailing Tomei and getting the help for a specific technical question you may have to ask.
I also had an issue whereby my cams were lost in shipping (nothing to do with JWT, and found last week) but they and along with my supplier over here managed to get a new set sent out the last day they were open ! Hugely impressed.
