I just wanted to bump that point up again.
This proved to be extremely useful in my case, and their support afterwards has been absolutely incredible.
I can't imagine emailing Tomei and getting the help for a specific technical question you may have to ask.

I also had an issue whereby my cams were lost in shipping (nothing to do with JWT, and found last week) but they and along with my supplier over here managed to get a new set sent out the last day they were open ! Hugely impressed.
