Great experience at Newburgh Nissan NY
Hi,
I just wanted to post a good experience for once.
I had had a bunch of TSB's taken care of as I am approaching 36K miles soon. They took care of:
*Rear axle clicking prob. ( new axle CV's Boots etc..)
*Drivers seat cloth wearing out. ( New drivers seat cushions, seat covers, trim & headrest)
*Stationary pedal on the left loose (ordered new pedal)
*Passenger side door lock stuck (new inner door panel & hardware)
*Fixed a few squeaks here & there)
*They noticed my inspection was due & did it without asking (nice touch)
The only thing I was a little dissapointed about was they needed to drop my Borla dual exhaust to do the axle prob and since it was aftermarket they charged me $80 bux to do that part. I felt it was splitting hairs. But whatever. I guess they have to stick to the book.
All in all, they were timely, (it took them 2 days to do all of this) polite & courteous, and most of all, despite the fact they are alway crowded, they took me immediately, left the Z in the shop overnight at my request, and were a class act overall.
Thats is a big part of the reason why I plan to buy a new Xterra there in a few weeks.

Not a forceful ejection, but asked to join my friends by not being there.

Is that so? That's where I will be bringing my car most of the time if I get a 350z
