difference between 03-04?

Default difference between 03-04?

Hey guys im getting ready to buy my first Z....My bestfriends who have Z's say theres a difference between the 03 and 04 Z...something about the gear ratio...basically they say the 03 is slower than the 04...i went to nissan and the sales manager said its exactly the same...some help please. Thanks in advance everyone!

This is kinda off topic but camaro I couldn't help to look at your sig.. I had a 1997 z28 myself... got my 04 DBZ and never looked back.

Yeah, I have had this one for about 6 years. I was either going to save some money and get a 2001-2002 Camaro SS, or spend a little extra and get an 06 Z. I decided that I wanted something different and I'm going to be getting a Z in a couple months. I plan on not looking back either
