The factory alarm shouldn't have gone off, the door wasn't opened. That's the only way it'll trigger.

Oh and BTW the alarm goes off if the doors are opened not window breakage! GL, this is why I am so ****ing paranoid these days about my ZR!

As for the burnt parts they are replaceable!! I don't know aboout the smell? that I guess I would have to wait until I get it back (crossing Fingers).

On the Bright side (if their is one) Insurance gave me a $7,000 dollar estimate to fix my car. I know I know that all lot of you are going to say get TT, but I really need to get my car back....Raining season is here! and as you can see I only have my MOTO as a secondary vehicle (2005 CBR 600RR...love it). I talked to the body shot owner (friend of mine) and he said that he is going to fix it back the way it was....and add some Bride Ergo II seats while he's at it.

As for the Match that I found here's a pic of it!!
Fill us in later on the results of the investigation. You did file a police report correct? This is not vandalism its arson.

Well im picking up my 03 Silverstone 350z Touring on Monday.
after seeing this.
Im planning on keeping it in the garage.
and just drive it on the weekends or something.

Also im deff. investing in an alarm with sensors
a little pricey but worth it.

seems like they broke the window and sprayed gasoline inside or an equivelant flamable liquid, one match couldnt do all that damage if any at all.

Anyone know if we can get modular add ons to our factory alarms? I know the IS300 has a plain alarm like ours but can have added after market shock sensors to the factory alarm.
