Try reading the top 100 FAQ on this site to start. If you have more specific questions after that, start a thread, but only after you've searched the topic which has most likely been covered in great depth. To answer your question though: a turbo kit, fully built engine, UTEC, exhaust, test-pipes, lightweight flywheel, performance clutch, coilover suspension, swaybars, control arms, lightweight wheels, wider/stickier tires, and a big brake kit in case you want to be able to stop. That should give you what you're looking for.
