Hey Guys (and girls)

After jealously reading all your posts for the last YEAR, I finally cracked and purchased my first 350Z. A blue 06, Roadster enthusiast with 8K.

Problem is, its gona sit in my garage until spring.
I will be thinking of all you guys down south...

Congrats man welcome to the family. Since you've been lurking for the past year I bet you already have mods in mind . Well, we were snowed/iced in the last 2 days. Texas winter weather is not as bad as what you guys have up there but the problem here is we are not equipped to deal with it. If your car is going to sit might as well start collecting parts!

 

CONGRATS I HAVE A 2005 SILVER 350ZR LOVE MY BABY. OH AND JUST BECAUSE ITS 30 DEGRESS OUTSIDE DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANT PUT THE TOP DOWN JUST TURN ON THE HEATED SEATS ON AND BLAST THE HEAT AND PUT THOSE WINDOWS UP LOL DONT WORRY YOU WILL CRACK AND DO IT SOON LOL

 

Where in Canada? From the sounds of things, not southern Ontario. Post pix. Even if they're just garage pix.

I too just picked up a Roadster. 04 Silverstone. I have been driving it for a couple of weeks and am just getting ready to put it away for the winter next week.

Can't wait for April (maybe even March...)

Mods.....You got it, that started about 6 months ago.

Thinking a set of wheels, and exaust.
Any suggestions???????

 

I live downtown and was driving all day, it was a great afternoon. Although the morning was really crap when I went to pick up my car.

The Volk TE Progressive look really nice.
But I have my radar locked on a set of super advan v2 -gold-.

I dont plan on touching my exhaust until summer, but I like the nismo.

I am in Thornhill. Where did you buy yours? I looked around for about 2 months before picking mine up through a dealers auction with 17K.

How can you wait to touch the exhaust? I am touching mine daily (haha) b/c it's out when Santa leaves me a Nismo box under the tree.

Watched ebay for 4 months, planned on buying an 04, possibly 05($?), but was able to beat up on this dealer in NY for 2 weeks on the 06. Ended up spending 2G's more than i wanted but "what the hell eh?", Its ONLY $money!!

I am having the same dilema,
I got mine in the end of October and now its gone for the winter..BOO
It was such a tease, it hasn't even been broken in yet....

 

I watched Ebay as well and then spoke to 3 dealers in NY state. Almost bought a blue 04 but the guy would not budge on price. Last I looked he still had it. Ended up going through a friend of a friend who is a broker and purchased if from me at a dealer's auction and had it shipped here from Atlanta. We'll have to meet up when the weather turns warm again.
