Default My first rear wheel drive, a little help please.

Ive never had a rear wheel drive car, and im use to rollin a 00 civic si. Can anyone of you give me some pointers... I mean, can this car (06 350 Z) handle the abuse that an Si was made to handle; for example, or should it be babied?
any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

push the z as hard as possible and let that big *** slide out from behind you! (rear wheel drive+ torque= one puckered ******* for the first few weeks!)

I can't believe you said that. Of course the Z can handle the abuse the SI can handle. And them some...

The Z doesn't need to be babied. Push it, but be responsible of course.

Z can't handle it, you better sell it and go back to Honda world.

Okay.....Being an ex-SI owner I think I know what you're asking. If you mean banging it of it's rev-limiter & redlining it 30x's daily.....I don't know. I've only seen honda products live to tell the tale on that one. Physically? The Z from what I've seen is built solid & loves the twisties. The Si can't touch it in build quality, and when you hit the brakes your paint job won't keep going right off your car. I honestly think you're going to love this car. The handling is going to floor you! Rear wheel drive is a whole new type of cha-cha! Those 360 degree burn-outs are no joke!

My Sister had one an SI and bought a Z
She loves it once she got used to it
Take it to a local track ( road course) if you have one..once its broken in of course and let 'er rip.
You will love it once you are used to it

Yea you know what I mean, the si was made for constant redline and daily abuse... So now I get your idea, thanks bro... but I havent tested the handling, how fast can I take a turn without loosing the back end? 50?
