Wow, this is deja vu

Anyone remember the accident in Los Angeles several years ago? That Z was racing a BMW down La Cienega near Pico Bl. The Z lost control, went airborn, took out a homeless guy, and then hit a building, splitting the Z in two. The driver and passenger in the Z were ejected and were found wrapped around poles in front of a 7-11. The BMW boned out. Crazy ****

Im veary new to this forum i found out about this wreck on 350zmotoring.com today i am suprised how heartless some ppl are towards him i was wondering how he is doing and after reading this im never driving my z wrecklessly again i might go to a race track every now and then but never on a public road

Well said. I too have been reading through this post in detail and I am as disheartened by the obvious lack if care for another human being as I am by street racing. We all make mistakes, sometimes seemingly casual ones that end up costing us a higher price than we bargained for. That said, our interest and concern here should be for the young man's recovery.

All the best to him and his family.

 

He's been out of his coma, and I think he's recovered...he was young, so his body was able to rebound from it...

 

^ I totaled my PPW 2-3 days before his accident. Some of my friends thought it was me after watching the news. I'm glad to hear he's out of his coma and on his road to recovery - he's young, he will be able to pull through this.
