Hey everyone!

Up until today, I had only browsed and lurked this forum but never posted, but I have learned a lot though~

Anyways, I've had a 03 350z Touring up until 5 days ago when I decided to trade it in for an 07 Base. My 03 had 40k miles in it though, but I got a really great offer from the dealership so couldn't really pass it up.

My 03 was bone-stock so this time around I want add a few things

Now I know there are a few companies that are working on getting out FI kits, but does anyone have a good estimate of when a nice turbo kit should be out for the new engine?

In the meantime I think I'll just work at getting the basic stuff done (wheels, brakes, suspension, exhaust etc) So its off to do some research!



Oh yeah the Z is in the shop right now getting a little electronics makeover... I added 2 screens to it, but was kind of wondering would it look stupid if I was driving around with the lid flipped out all the time so I can see the screen? Or should I have it removed...

Then just added some subs ... I'm hoping the custom box they're making won't rip apart the crossbar., new speakers, PS3, and a router with cingular3g card so I can have internet when I'm near my car (I think someone else here did that as well so that's where I got the idea)

Viper alarm and Passport SRX for safety (need to get VEIL and LPP though)... some tint...


Oh and CB radio and Scanner (just have to figure out whre how to mount them...) The crappy thing is I live in San Antonio and the law enforcement down here upgraded their system to the new edacs provoice stuff so none of my scanners work like when I was back home in Houston, and apparently the new stuff is proprietary so the only way I can get a scanner is to say that I work for some sort of media or press...

So... if anyone on these boards does work for media/press, can you sponsor me for a radio?

Wow I just realized I wrote a lot so sorry for rambling I havent slept in a few days and its 5 am so I'll just shut down and go to sleep, thanks for reading and btw this community kicks ***!

well it's 7am and haven't fallen asleep yet lol, and i'll definitely add pictures when i get the car back today from custom sounds

It means they are agreeing or supporting what was said or done enough to go out of their way to post it. It's like a thumbs up.

Like when you post picks of your new car you will get it because they like the car or because you posted the pics that most of us like to see.
