Made me smile!
Thanks for the warm welcome guys - Yes Bronzee, we have a user with the name you mention over here at http://www.350zUKownersclub.com - but I must say that this US community is much larger than ours in the UK, with many more people who have modded their Z's.
Did you guys know that over here in the UK they make us pay TWICE AS MUCH for a Z as you do? A top of the range 07 in England costs $60,000 (that's what we call a GT pack - heated leather, cruise control, 'premium' Bose stereo haha). And petrol (or gas, as you call it) is about $8 per gallon!
This leaves us much less money for mods than you guys - That's my explanation anyway!!!!
Edit - why not come and say hello to us over at THE UK OWNERS CLUB - You'll have to register (like you do for most things online these days), but it's free and then you can say hello and show us your beautiful Z - we're just nuts about them and we droool over a modded one!! A bonus is you could have a look at some of ours too - One guy has got his up to 580bhp and is still looking for new challenges!

An 07 in NZ is around 76K (NZ$) or about 30K Pounds.
ps. A big thanks to the Zclub UK for the cool stuff you sent over with Handel for the Zclub NZ. The scrapbook of your clubs history is awesome.

Anyway - In England, the early blacks were called Kuro (solid colour). The new, pearlescent black is called Ebisu (named after a racetrack in Japan, called Ebisu!).
The old metallic grey was called Gunmetal and the new grey is called Twilight Grey. I still think Nissan should make a dark metallic grey - The Z would look lovely in dark grey.
Funnily, we've never had Brickyard or Pearl White over here as colour options

Sorry but Brickyard was reserved for only those who were on G.Washington's winning team in 1783!!

...but tell me old chap - what exactly was it that you won? George Dubblyah? Or was he second prize?
So if we got 'brickyard over here, I wonder what the geniuses at Nissman would call it? - Deep Purple, perhaps - and get it driven by Ozzy Osborne?

Hi Geoff and welcome.
What part of England are you from? My husband is from Shropshire. Nice place to be from... (He's glad to be here now.)
Do you get many roadsters over there or does the rain make it not practical? ;-)
