About to be a Z owner...
Hi. I went to check out a 2004 350z touring editon today. Loved it. I was hoping I could get a few questions answered by some of the people around here who are more familiar with the Z's.
First- Price. Like I said 2004 Touring, Automatic, 29 and somthing thousand miles. It seems to run great and looks great. The guy is asking 22,900. I was thinking of offering 20,000.
Second- What are the biggest size rims you can put on this car? I have seen ads for Z's for sale that have 20" rims on them.
Third-Is there a down side to getting the biggest rims, like you'll feel every bump in the road?
Fourth-Is there a "Best" size rim and tire to go with?
Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. If you have a look in back to the main forum page, there is a subforum all about tyres, wheels etc. And yes the bigger, the rim, you sacrifice ride quality etc. Just depends what you're after, if it's purely a visual effect or handling etc.
Happy shopping, let us know how you get on.

2nd - Haven't seen anything bigger than 20"
3rd - +wheels - tires = worse ride quality
4th - Best is subjective. Just be sure to keep your stock rolling diameter.
