Yep! I bought my Z last night. I traded in my 2003 srt-4 picked her up last night!!! I've been a nissan guy for sometime now. I've owned a few s14s, and a sr20 powered s13, and now i've finally decided to get a Z. I was up in the air about the Z or a G35...and after having a G35 for a weekend test drive......i didn't really like it. I love the looks, but didn't like driving it. So a buddy at the dealer hooked me up with my new 07 Magnetic Black 350z. After i finish putting together my 97 240sx she's getting sold...and it will be time to buy some mods for the Z. Here are the first day pics......

the srt is a different type of car....you have to realize that....its an econ-box with a sports car revamp, that you can make a potent street car out of it. i went through a lot with the srt, i was the orignal owner and one of first to own one. I was an Orignal member of SRTForums.com I had tons of different setups....at one point putting down 475whp @ 26psi, but that still didn't change the fact that the car was born as a econo car aimed at younger buyers.....on the other hand the 350z is a born therobread sports car. having competed in everthing from jgtc to drift....the car is made for that kind of driving....basicly it was 'born' to be a sports car....plain and simple. Yes, my srt could have smashed my Z at certain points in its life, but it still as i've been told millions of time by the haters....."still a neon''. I love my Z...i don't regeret it. I also don't regret the neon.

 

I am not biased, just wanted to hear what you thought about the 2 cars in comparison Welcome aboard!

 

i completely understand..lol...i love my nissan waaaaay more than my neon...and i started out as a neon guy...my first was a 97.
