Thumbs up New owner 2006 Touring 350z in Silverstone

I am a proud new owner of a used 2006 350z touring trim in Silverstone. Its beautiful inside and out, I had a blast driving it home from the dealer.

I have a few plans for the car so I'll be on this site quite often asking a bunch of questions.

One thing I did notice is that I hear a bit of wind noise coming from the drivers side. I was curious if any other owners have run into this and if so, what did they do the fix the issue?

I like it looks good. You need to post more pics and show off the interior. The wind noise I dunno. But is your window making a proper seal? The windows go down like an inch when you first open the car. The when you close the car door it goes back up. Maybe yours is going up all the way.

I noticed that the windows do go back up when I close the door but, isn't that good? I would assume that the window noise would be if the windows don't go up all the way.

I might bring it to a Nissan dealership tomorrow and ask them about it.

Yeah, if your windows are going up when you close the door thats good. Have them check it out at the dealer. But you bought a really nice Z.

Thanks! I'm really happy with it. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow, hopefully it'll be an easy fix.

Car looks fantastic.

The 2006 was supposed to be a bit more quiet than previous years, but Z's are still pretty noisy. Noise shouldn't be coming from one side more than the other. Most noise is road noise from the back wheels as there is no backseat area and trunk partition to deafen it as on most cars.

Welcome. You will be happy with it.
