I don't know about the Z bracket, but the one Stillen makes may work. I assume there is still a tow hook receptacle and Stillen brackets come with 3-4 different size shafts that connect the bracket to it. Make sure you get the right diameter as well as the correct length.

I tried searching but no definite answer. So far it seem like the Part# with the 22mm Tow Hook Thread Diameter - 5 7/8" Length (105460) might work.
