I made the plunge
I traded in my 2006 wrx for a 2003 orange touring 350z! I am so freaking happy! I've been coming here for a long time and can't believe I finally have one. It only has 16,000 miles on it and is in immaculate condition. What a car, what a car!
CongratZ on the purchase!! There is a great Z Club in Colorado. The exact name escapes me now but look in the "South West" sub-forum on the Regional forum. Heck, they're in the process of becoming co-owner of a race track about to be built.
Enjoy.
Enjoy.

i like the solar orange. in person it looks like it has metallic and pearl like the PPW.
Yeah, it's Le Mans Sunset and not orange. It just seems pretty orangy to me I guess. It was in my top 3 color choices and the first one I really liked so I'm very happy with it.
I have the carfax on the car and I'm the 3rd owner. The first owner had it from 2003-2006 and only put 2600 miles on it before the next owner got it. That helps explain the crazy low miles.
I was thinking about joining the Z club here. I think it is partially operated out of an old tune-up shop close to where I live. This place always has old Zs around it and I've seen Z club paraphernalia when I've stopped to check it out.
I uploaded some pictures to flickr.

I've already had a little bad luck as when I was driving around today I picked up a screw in my front passenger tire. Luckily there was a place close by as the air was really coming out fast. It's all good now and I'm still very very glad I made the switch.
