The engine is the same between the 5AT and 6MT.

Except in 05 and 06. 05 35th AEs 6MTs were different. 5ATs in 06 had the older motor.

I have APS TT with Nitrous....The 11.3 was with a 35 shot. VB and TC in the tranny

It will work the same but you still will come up with less WHP on the 5AT opposed to the MT,even with identical mods.
