Default Finally found the light!

I have owned 3 96-00 honda civic hatches... swapped, lowered, anything and everything you can imagine done to them. I had one civic hatch that could pull away from a 350z heads up, but it got stolen recently so I realized... what good is a fast car if someone else drives it away....I love the 350z and the body style and now that I have gotten to drive rwd I love it even more than my hatches.

I am now that proud owner of a silver 2003 350z w/ 50k miles. I've had the car for about 3 weeks and have put close to 1k miles on it. It has a few mods on it. Upgraded HID's clear markers in the front 5% tint all the way around the cf intake inlet in the front bumper and a nice single exhaust ooh and a serious *** monster alarm with lojack. I have the touring model with the orange/ "camel" lether seats but the interior is the ugly tan. Beggars can't be choosers and I love everything else about the car... I am looking into either getting some advan super II or something staggered with a nasty lip in the back.

I don't have any pics of "Jessalynn" yet. But I hope to in a week or so. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

This is my hatch that got stolen

THIS IS MY NEW Z... I just got the 19's on it... Yea.. they're heavy but it looks soooo clean.

Something tells me you are never going to stop modding your car. Welcome to the forum. Let the spending begin.

but as far as the civics go... my last hatch that was stolen was a 13 second car.... for a civic to come from stock... eh... 18 seconds to a 13 or HIGH 12 car is impressive even if that **** is a festiva!

congrats I've also owned a lot of civics like 5 or 6. I've always sold them for more than I bought them for and now I too have a 350z. No complaints about civics here

I sold my '01 Maxima, & got me the '04 Touring Coupe. Only thing I miss is the
Max's suspension! Otherwise, I'm in a love affair, guys!

Nice Z. I love the hatch, too. Most people who rag on Civics (or any other cars, for that matter) are not a true auto enthusiasts, but just a bunch of Z fan boys who's never seen a day at the tracks. I realize there are a lot of ricers out there, but same can be said of any car makes. Let's try to be a little more mature in these discussions.

I'm looking to pick up a Civic hatch for track duty only. My friend has an 91 Si w/ an ITR swap that is killer. It's gutted and for track use only (not street legal). He whomps on everything from Porsche's to Civc's.

People with "racer" in their names are probably more gay than a 12 second civic with a purple valve cover... Yea... I put myself on blast... but that **** is HOT! the color pops with the kiwi metallic.... but I am not trying to front and be something I am not.... so bro... unless you have something constructive to say or you open your mind keep your mouth shut... Or someone might open your mind for you. I am not saying I am billy bad ***, to clairify... I am stating that with that kind of mentality you're going to **** off the wrong person and they might just be having a bad day... and they may happen to find the need to put you in your place. To everyone else thanks... that k20a2 6 spd hatch was my dream car and it was stolen from me. I decided to move on to something a little classier, less attention grabbing, and I love my Z. I don't drive my z like I drove the civic. Which is why I don't mind that each rim weighs 30lbs. I am going for a certain look. In a year or say when the car is paid off and I have gotten used to the power/weight of this I may get a blown motor have it built and turbo it. As for now I am just enjoying the looks I am getting in it. Thanks to the TRUE Enthusiast that can respect a nice car no matter what the make and model is.

Very nice, my previous car was a 2004 EP3. I wanted to do a K20A2 swap to make it a little more fun to drive, but I decided to get the Z instead. I'm happy I did and you will be too. Congrats!

Wow. Admittedly both cars are nice, but if you can get there
with a civic, imagine where you could go in the Z. You've clearly
got good attention to detail. Let the games begin. Start with looks
first and then go FI. NA mods burn budgets. Looks last forever, on
your car, not your GF!!!

Welcome, and congratZ on the Z. Nothing wrong having been a former Honda owner, we're all car enthusiasts when it comes down to it/
