Hey guys my name is Bryce Kennedy, 20 years old from Toledo Ohio. I am new to the Z community but not to Nissan I used to own a 1989 nissan 240sx sr20det, I currently own a 2001 pathfinder and 2007 Z. I bought my Z due to my 2008 4 door wrangler catching on fire while going down the free way, I am the 10th jeep for that to happen to so I bought a Z. Anyway Here are a few pics just had tint installed yesterday 15% windshield is getting 50%. I have some plans for the car and will keep you up to date.

They aren't sure what the source of the fire was... They only know I am the 10th 4 door wrangler auto to catch on fire.

Love the white! Would be my first choice if I bought a hardtop.

Skip tinting the front windshield. Will only lead to trouble.

 

Probably but It is nice to walk around the car and know its done. plus its easier on the eyes when i forget the sunglasses lol. Not sure yet.

 

very nice... i never would have thought about the windscreen tint... you may be able to get away with it depending on where you live... good luck with your Z you will love it as much as the rest of us im sure

 

I drove a car with the windshield tinted this last weekend and hated it.

I was pulled over one time and a state trooper was practically determined to fine me since he THOUGHT my windshield was tinted...it was not but he was such a dick though since he thought it was. Truthfully, when a person sees the car through the front windows, the tint from the side windows makes the windshield appear tinted anyways. I knew a guy who had a black corvette with a tinted windshield and it was the stupidest thing to drive in at night time...unless you plan on having day and night time vehicles, windshield tint is a bad idea
