Hello all! First post and I'm excited to be doing so. I'm Eric Koehler, 24, just graduated from college at University of Wisconsin - Stout, and bought myself a present. It is a nice car. Had zero problems with it. (one wheel bearing under warranty thats it) Has about 72K miles on it now. Was fun to drive. I'm willing to bet the Z will make it feel like a grandpa's car though!

UPDATE:

WTF!!!!! Dealer calls me 5 min ago to tell me they were going to pick up my car from the other dealer and the other dealer sold it on me!!!! How does that happen? I put a downpayment on it last friday!!!!

They supposidly have a lead on a San Marino Blue Touring without Nav they are going to call on for me.

I am slightly irritated.

 

Yeah... man I'd tell them that isn't acceptable. Make them throw in some free stuff. I wouldn't settle for anything less than what you originally had ordered. Dealers are always giving ppl the shaft. Make sure he knows you are a my350z member...and word gets around about poor treatment from dealerships. That is unless you threaten to sue and the people who bought this board censor your right to freedom of speech.

 

 

So no blue one. That one is sold as well. They did find a black one so I guess black it is. They are going to match my downpayment that I had originally put down on the other car and also give me some sort of accessory is what the manager said. (TBD tomorrow I guess) I asked for the Nismo Cat-Back so we'll see what happens.

Tell them to knock of a g or get tax and title otherwise you want you DP back and going somewhere else. Get dirty, play dirty... they just pulled the old bait and switch, chances are they sold the red to someone who was willing to pay more even though you had it save.
