What is this **** for?
What is this **** for? It turns left and right, I have no idea what its for. I just got the car today and its been driving me crazy.

Could be a number of things.
First thing that comes to my mind is amp gain control.

Well its def not OEM. What modifications are done to the car? Thats a good place to start.

Wow that was some fast responses. The previous owner must of taken it out then. I tried moving it around but it doesn't do anything.

IIRC, that turns the flux capacitor into fuel saving mode, in case you get low on banana peels and old beer cans.
