Hey guys, my name is Mike. I just traded in my 03 Sentra Spec V for a 2004 Enthusiast. I feel like I got a pretty good deal, I paid $16,900 at a dealer, and it only had 20k miles.

This car is my daily driver, I also own a mustang Cobra. It is for sale at the moment though, I'm interested in ditching both cars in early '09 for a 370z or 09 C6.

The Z is mostly stock. I've only had it for 2 weeks, but so far it has... 07 350z wheels, shift ****, K&N drop in. I just order Megan Racing test pipes, and an exhaust is next on the list. Anyone have any other suggestions on what else to do? I want to keep it daily friendly, but I feel like this thing could surely use some extra lowend.

Haha thats really funny. My Cobra has a FRPP Aluminator, and the motor comes with blue valve covers. I've been getting the Florida Gators **** since before I bought the Z

Update!

The 350z has new tires, popcharger, megan racing test pipes (pieces of ****, AAM's are on order) and the AAM titanium single exit. Also I rolled the bumper today to get rid of the cutouts.

Also, sound clip. The rattle is the Megan Racing test pipes, there is something rattling inside them, its been like that since I got them. That'll teach me to buy something cheap. You get what you pay for.

 

 

Why would you waste your money on a Z when you already had a terminator? Should have just sold the sentra and waited for a C6.

BTW - Before even considering a vette. Go over to the CF and read some horror stories about guys having to have there 07/08 tranny's replaced 3+ times.

Another update;

I ended up trading my stock wheels/tires + $550 for these, from a good friend of mine. My Z is kind of the hand-me-down car. I plan on getting the lip color matched, but for right now, I'm REALLY happy with how the red looks.











All comments are welcome. Also, I ended up running 13.8 @ 102.8 with only the pop charger/AAM test pipes/AAM exhaust. I'm going back to see if I can hook up a little better with the new tires.

You put a lot of money into the car in a short amount of time. As an old fart, I would question pouring money into a car that you only plan on keeping for a short time. Any money you put into mods you are going to lose when you sell the car. Mod a car you plan on keeping a while, not a car you only plan on keeping a year and half. Unless of course you have more money than sense and this is part of your "entertainment budget".
