Default New Z owner

Hi all. I recently purchased a 2007 Z with 4K miles. Carbon Silver with black interior. Manual Enthusiast model. I must say that I was reluctant at first as I have always owned an american car. I also went from a Camaro Z28, so I really wanted to stay in the realm of high horsepower. I was very surprised and pleased with how it performs and handles. Plus the styling alone makes it turn enough heads. I added a few extras like a Tanabe exhaust and Clarion NAV system. The only bad part about the car is that it has to sit in my garage as I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan and not due for another leave for quite a while.

So far after checking the forums, I have more ideas now than I think my wallet can handle. Glad a place like this exists for Z owners.

Out the door from the dealership with tax, tag, and title, I paid $27,452. Based on the shape it was in and the low milage, I think it was a fair price.

As far as your question about a flip key, I don't know what you mean. I've only owned it for a little over a month and I'm still new to the lingo.

flip keys? you mean switchblade keys? I don't think any of the 350Zs come with switchblade keys OEM. Even 2008s come with the same ol' key w/ separate remote.

And welcome to the forum THH

Welcome and sounds like another good find. Not bad mileage for a 2007.
