Default Should I pickup this 05 350Z Roadster?

I was on autotrader and I peeked around and found a 2005 350Z Roadster with 30k miles on it. It is going for 22k, seems like a really good price. I am going to check it out on Sunday.

I have only driven stick a little bit, I am no pro, I still stall a bit. I will learn it fast.

I have never bought a used car in stick either...what should I look for? How do I know if I am getting lemon'd with this car? I think it was driven hard because on the carfax the car needed new brakes at 20k miles. I am scared of mis-shifts and burned out clutch. Since I am so fearful should I be thinking of buying this car, or should I just plan on getting a new Z?

22k seems high to me, I would look for a better deal. pay a mechanic you trust to inspect it if you aren't getting it from a dealership, and even then some will still bring in a mechanic.

Welcome to the forum. 2005's seem to be less problematic than the earlier models. If it all checks out and you are in Z love, go for it.

Is there anything I need to keep an eye out for? How do I know if the clutch is shot or if the previous driver mis-shifted alot. I will be buying from a dealership so I can go back and *****

Hehe, don't worry you'll know, it'll grind between gears if it's going bad. Have a good look around the forum and also here:
