The stock side skirt was removed...if yours has the screen in the vent, its the Greddy, if not...it's probably a replica. I couldn't tell from the pic.

Well, if the fitment looks good to you...that's all that matters.
I have the Greddy side skirts with the Veilside v1 front lip....very nice combination!

I bought mine from www.intensepower.com back in '06 paid $403.00 shipped. I had them shave the Veilside logo off which was across the entire front of the lip now they have a updated version with a small logo & it looks cool.
Give them a call & say that you are a member here & they will give you a discount. They will need to know the year of your Z. Here's my '04.5 ZR taken a couple of years ago...

You can check the color code on the firewall under the hood. I think you have Silverstone (it's kind of difficult to tell from the pics) and that would be WV2.
