Finally got my Z!! $9K off sticker!
After almost 3 months of looking for a used 2007 Z with the features and in the color I wanted - I decided it would be best to buy a brand new 2008. With the Nissan rebate on 2008 inventory, I was able to get $9K off of the sticker price.
Got the Touring in PPW and could not be happier with my purchase! Getting a stock rear spoiler installed next weekend and considering the 3M Clear Bra. Not so sure I want the bra on my hood though - probably just the front bumper. Dont want to break up the finish too much...
WOW - I love that car!! Follow the link for photos:

Much Congrats! That's what I like to hear! Much money saved on a new Z purchase! Welcome to the Z family and the board! I got a '08 SMB ZR roadster almost a year ago and got it exactly $900.00 below invoice (that's $3812.00 below MSRP). There's a way to do it. But no one really cares on this site!!!! Have great fun with your new Z!

The price of the vehicle was $25,400 before tax, title and registration (no other fees). My finance rate is 6.5%. I put $5000 down and got $7500 trade value on my 2001 A6 Bi-Turbo.
I negotiated the price of the vehicle over the phone prior to discussing the down payment and trade in.
There are other 2008 Z's out there with this $8000 rebate, especially in the North Eastern states. No one buys these cars in the winter up here.
I did however, have to drive from Ohio to PA. The ride back was very cool though...

On my Nismo with 1400 miles on it all my chips are on the hood about half way up (or about 8" past my clear bra). I don't have a clear bra on the bumper and no chips there so go figure. IMHO I would consider a clear bra that covers 24" of the hood. Not sure about the airflow on a normal Z as compared to the Nismo but it can't be that different. Just my thoughts and yeah nice looking ride.

That's pretty strong for a dealer car. Sounds like you got a premie price on your
A6 too. All in all this deal is easily a 7 out of 10. 10 being a ****ing amazing steal
deal off of ebay for a short sale, so imo ya done well. Arctic white interior? not
my fave, but still a GREAT ride.

Does the 3M bra still shine like the rest of the car? I have only seen photos online...

Do you do a lot of highway driving? Or maybe you tailgate cars a bit? Surprised that you have multiple chips at only 1400 miles. Maybe I will get the entire hood done - depending on the price.
