Default Key fob - No hatch release!

Damn Nissan - no hatch release on the key fob. Why?

It has keyless entry, you can just walk back and pop the hatch without touching the key fob.

Just got back from the dealership and I had the same question as you. Actually I like the way it currently is set up. As long as your key fob is in range and has batteries, you can just touch the release button. It's actually easier than digging in your pocket I think.

You do know that hatch release on a Z33 keyfob doesn't automatically raise the hatch anyway, right? You still need to pull it all the way up after it unlatches...
