Default Hello Everyone :)

I'm new to forum, and just thought i'd drop in and say hi. I started off with a 2000 Acura tl 3.2 as my first car, that i bought for 4 grand off of my dads friend a year and a half ago. It had a decent amount of mileage on it, but i thought it wouldnt really matter. A couple of weeks ago, my tranny started ago because a defective design out of the factory, it was supposed to be under recall, but Acura wanted 3,500!! for labor and parts for my transmission.

I'm getting ready to go to college, my dad decided to help me buy my second car. I sold my car for 3800, when my dad started looking around for a new car. We found my Z in a salvage yard, but there was nothing wrong with it, and it only has 70,000 miles on it. It turns out the car was a theft recovery, and it was being sold very cheap. We bought the car for 9750 after taxes

There are a couple of things i want to do to my 350z like change the rims ( currently has big 20in chrome rims on there ) and change out the interior trim pieces since they look like they are being warn out bad, but for the most part, i just want to clean it up. I think some mods might come after i get a good feel for the car, but until then, nothing else is being really changed

Pics of the Acura and the 350z:

Welcome and congratulations.

Maybe later you can give those wheels to a Honda driver.

I still dont understand why everyone who's under the age of 19 ALWAYS has to tell how old they are, honestly we dont care.

Wow. You stole that car. Good find. I'm not generally a wheel-basher, but WOW! Either get rid of the wheels or line your windshield with pink fuzz and hang some fuzzy dice. Yikes.

I know what you mean, but i've had the car for only 4 days. I'm looking to just buy rims since the tires are practically new, but its hard to find since the rears are staggered.

Swap those acura wheels with your Z without the Acura center cap and problem solved : ), if they fit.

Welcome to the site.........congrats on the score, cause for that price thats amazing!

* ya dude, don't mention your age on here.....its a wierd thing with these guys.
* if you mention the word girlfriend or even out of context type "GF" anywhere in your post, be ready to post pics or you wont hear the end of it........if you do post pics you will be cool to everyone, if you post the nudez you will be quickly recognized....CT will have your back and all will be good here!
* Remember pics or didn't happen....so don't start "story time" threads..
* Grammar is critiqued heavily....
* use the search feature and you wont be flamed...
* There are more, but those are key...

Thanks. I've already been on a couple of other forums, so i know about the search, grammar, etc.. and I have no idea why, on every forum i've ever been on, everyone always wants a pic of someone else's "GF", but i guess it cant hurt to look, right?
