Default New Z owner & proud to be!

Picked up my Z about 3 months ago. I've been on the custom car scene for a minute or two, and decided to pick up something VERY tuner/performance friendly...No better than the 350z for those needs. Gotta love Zs! Glad to be on this forum as well.

First just looking to add better breathing...Greddy has my interest as far as exhaust. Nismo or AEM CAI ... Single Turbonetics 60 series...I definately want to get her more planted to the road so right now Im doing a bunch of R&D on suspension. Always open to advice From Z Vets...Quality is paramount!

Thanks for the welcome!

Dang...lol...c'mon, its not that serious..lol...They're just tails...I havent had her long, and adjustment WILL be made in order of "importance"...Focusing on Performance first...But I did take a look at your Z...I could be wrong, but is that "mesh" aka Chicken wire I see in your lower grill space???...I mean I've been on the custom auto scene for a long time...Own a company and operates a team...Im no spring chicken..lol...Didn't know mesh wire was a hot thing to do, especially on higher end sports tuners like the Z... ...Just making a point. A simple hello and valid question like Boostedtrack asked would have been cool...but its all good friend

Good one! I got

I've since painted the mesh black. Those lights are consistantly bashed by forum members so I just wanted to give you a heads up

Nah bro, its all good man...Not here for back and forth flaming and all that junk...I've been going through the threads and I love this place already! I'll learn a lot from fellow Z owners here! Its all cool friend. ...I make a lot of friends, but never worry about Forum Flaming Sheep bashing...They often chime in one after another...like a sheep...BAHHHH...Pethetic and it makes me laugh...Don't get me wrong, the advice about the tails is WELL understood...They will be changed...When advice is presented in a cool constructive way, it always helps a person in the end...Now, (Cough) Like my Tails...leave the grill dirty bird mesh wire to the Fast and Furious, Cereal Box , Over-done Honda Civics with the over sized shopping cart spoilers...LOL...Just Joking man... Your Z looks good. Build it the way YOU like it!

Thanx man, but any online cyber bully aka flamer or groupie flamer coming at me better be on their A PLUS game...I consider them cowards behind a computer screen...Immature Flamers don't fade me friend...There's nothing wrong with my Z that a simple adjustment can't fix..Something as small as Tails..lol..Any way, its all cool and the gang ...I never flame on others rides...If I don't like it, I just don't post on it...I always carry a HUGE fire extingisher for Flamers and groupie flamer sheep...In my world they're about as worrisome as a cloudy day....Thanks for the advice.

Welcome to the forum. Nice pic of you Z by the way, the pearl is really poppy.

Haha, you are going to have a blast round here, if lots of modding is on the horizon. Enjoy!

What spoiler is that? I have a red base 350z and I am looking to get something to give the back end a nice finish. Right now, it just sort of, well stops. I'm not looking for anything rice, just a nice lip.

About the taillights.... theres more to it all then looks, etc. I bought a set of the DEPO brand ( z patteren) and they screwed w my performance.... strangest thing ever. I am told they affect the ABS system due to a much differnt current draw from the brake light circuit.... its night and day to be honest w them gone now. Stick w OEM for all your lighting on this car. I know cars well, and I never in one MILLION years would suspect something like this to cause driveability issues as it did... almost like my clutch was starting to go out.... pedal down, revs didnt match, jumpy accel, etc.

...I know cars well also...At 39 years old, I BETTER...lol...This particular set doesn't bother the Z's performance, but one can never be surprised at how the smallest offsets aftermarket adds can affect a **** factory tuned vehicle. Like explained earlier I haven't even touched the car as far as cosmetic wise...I purchased this particular Z because of the "pearl" white paint which damn sure turns heads in STOCK mode...I've been into Theme designing since I've been in the custom auto / sports car lifestyle, and that's been a Minute or two.
