I am extremely happy with this car! I went from a 300whp srt-4 to this and let me tell you, it's a HUGE upgrade. Anyway, I have this posted on a local forum where i'm from and just thought i'd post pics of the trip on here as well.

It started at 2am Saturday morning...we went to sleep, zing!!!! 4am happened to come really early when we had to get up and head to the airport. We left Boise at 6:30 and arrived in SLC around an hour later, soon after we were headed off for Phoenix Arizona. Talk about hot...it was 91 degrees there at 4:30 that morning. 973 mile drive back...made it in about 24 hours with stopping to sleep for a bit.

Ya **** Vegas...couldn't find a place to stay after 1.5 hours of driving around we stopped at this place at 3am and it was like heaven. The room was smaller than my bedroom, beds harder than the floor but it had ac and it was the most heavenly thing around lol.









Back on the road again 11:00 am our time.

Congrats on the Z. Looks like you guys had fun. That stereo install is a hack job. Maybe your friend can use some of his many skills to fix it. How much for the 04'?

I got a SMOKING deal on the car. Went down there expecting to get it for 15800...Well there was some stuff wrong that i didn't like. Stereo didn't work, no cover over where i have my portable gps, crack in the mudflap etc. All in all i talked them down to $14900. I went to best buy real quick and had them install that deck, they didn't have the 350z kit though to close in that hole. I just need to get that and it will look a lot better. Thanks for the welcome guys!

 

 

how many miles on your DB?

i had a similar trip for mine a few weeks ago. flew to alabama and drove back to NJ straight through. miserable. but $14,500 for an 05' pikes peak white enthus. with 19k miles in 100% perfect cond? ill take it

 

Amen to that dude. This one has 41k miles, this one has a few flaws but they are things that are cheap to replace so I will still be into it for pretty cheap when it's all said and done.

 

Did you get some funny looks driving along with all that blue tape on the nose? Good idea though.
