Darkstreets finally right section
Hello to you guys!
Im a 20 ( well basicaly 21, in a week
) year old guy from quebec city canada, Very big Nissan fan.
Not much to say about myself honestly, worked as an apprentice in a volvo specialized garage for 2 years before moving on to a job that would allow me a greater financial liberty.
I had a 2001 Sentra SE in wich i had swapped a SR20DET GTIR engine. Did the work myself with the help of a friend who was also a mechanic in the same garage. heres a link to my old piece of crap, it actually was pretty fast..... for a sentra. http://forum.nissanclub.ca/showthread.php?t=2444 list of mods included a massive Precision FMIC, STD standard R1 coilover suspension,Turbosmart BOV and so on.
Anyways with a new job comes new projects and ive been looking into buying a Z for quite some time now.
Im not shooting for a rocket, i want 350whp-400whp on a turbo setup but i havent made up my mind on wich kit yet or if im gonna go TT or Single Turbo either way, ill be awaiting on a luck for a used kit, i refuse to drop 6K + for a turbo kit.
Im a coilover kind of guy, love the stiff feeling and im constantly fine tuning my settings so ill be asking advice on a good set for the Z. I know STD suspension makes coilovers for Z but even though i know the distributor here in quebec personally, they'r still pretty pricey.
Ill be looking around the board, asking a question or 2 here and there. Im no noob to online car forums so you guys shouldnt have a problem with me

really??? its a link to another nissan forum here in quebec where i posted the build of my sentra.... there shouldnt be any viruses on there :S

seems important on here and i forgot to mention...... DOESNT LIVE WITH MOMMY AND DADDY AND I PAY FOR MY OWN **** EVER SINCE IM 15. I work for what i have and im looking into taking evening classes to become a bodyshop tech.. (im french not sure if thats the right term. Carrossier for you bilingual folks)
