I have 30 days to do the modifying(DRL relay) .. So that will cost me $5.

Shipping was $1050

Duty $959.10
Excise tax $100.00
GST $839.10
Brokerage $250.00
Vehicle Form 1 fee $100.00
Agents fees $25.00
Tax on services $45.50

Total Import cost ( excluding shipping ) $2318.70 CDN

And my "No recall" letter was free.

So all in all, it was VERY worth it! Considering Z prices in Canada

Congrats man..

Check your oil, religiously....
-The 35th, came with the revup motor, known for having Oil Consumption issues....
I hope your lurking brought this to your attention and that you made an informed purchase.

Yeah man, thats why I asked. Z's (cars in general) in Canada are so much more expensive than in the States. Grats again

The same car as mine in Canada would sell for $21,000-$25,000(With same mileage or a tad less..)

hey im gonna be importing a Z myself to Vancouver, BC. I've imported mitsubishi's in the past so i know how the process works. Can you tell me where u got your recall clearance letter and how you got it for free? was this just a letter saying no open recalls? or an actual service screen chart showing no recalls from the dealership.

thanks and congrats car looks great. btw how much was the car w/o importing

This is like the third time i've seen those exact seats. I know this may be a dumb question, but was the two tone a 35th option for the Z? Or is it just a coincidence i always see those on the 35th?

Call Nissan North America 1-800-NISSAN-1, and just ask them for the recall letter.

It was just an option for the 35th Anniversary Edition

On another note, I did my RIV inspection today, what a joke that was...

DRL set up for $35 - I ran a relay to my park lights.
