Default Yerp, i signed the dotted (not dotted) line. New HR for me

Today i picked up a 2007 SMB 6spd 350Z w/ 25k miles. After almost losing hope in the local market i stumbled into a local dealership between class and there she was. I checked out the car inside and out and everything looked pretty sound. The clutch and trans feel great and everything works good. I shot them an offer nearly 3500 less than they had advertised just incase they really wanted to sell a car. After a few rounds we ended up with a deal just a few hundred away from my original offer (it pays to do your homework). I took it and had a few family mechanics/dealers take a look at it to get a second opinion and they all said it was a great car. So i went back and put a couple grand down and financed the rest at a 5.14 apr. All in all i'm really excited!

So while driving home i realized just how : ( the stock stereo is and before i made it home i just had to stop into cartoys and look at a new system. No i didn't buy anything yet but thats my first goal. So if any of you are great with car stereos in Z's or anything else give me a shout, i could use some opinions!

Hey man,
Congrats on the Z! I'm just finishing up on my stereo upgrades and can tell you "DO NOT go to CarToys"!!! That is if you don't want to spend 3 times more than you should. I recommend doing your homework again and finding a good local shop. Cartoys wnated $3400 for labor on the setup that I was able to do for $500 myself.

There are tons of resources out there to help with anything you need learn, and I would be more than willing to share my findings with you too.
