Default My new Z

Just wanted to say hi. I made a total impulse buy Saturday. I sold my motorcycle last Tuesday and wanted something else to occupy me that was fun to drive. I saw a Z parked next to me Friday night and Saturday I looked for one in the area and bought it. I didn't even know I bought a touring model until I got home and found the original sticker in the book.

The car is a 2003 with 1 owner and 38K miles. It is in beyond excellent shape. No dings or dents and interior is pristine even the floor mats look new. Car was loved and now I love it. I have never been in a better handling car. My mom has had a C5 and now a C6 and I feel more confident in this than hers but that could be from not knowing how to manage the power in that thing as well. Either way happy to be here and ready for some mods. I read the 100 questions thread and am going to purchase the spacer, a spoiler, new tail lights, K&N, and tint for the 1st round here for this summer.

See you around.

After I bought the car I noticed I have the rear clicking problem. I have a 6 month warranty on the car and it covers the complete axle and bearings so I hope that they will cover it but in case they give me the run around will that clicking turn into a major problem or just be a minor annoyance?

Also they are going to fix my left window because it is engaging the safety when it auto-rolls up it comes back down 6 inches. Is the passenger window supposed to drop a little when you open the door like the drivers does because that isn't working either.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Your Z has quite an angelic glow it it's pic.

Worry about it if they don't cover. In most cases it's not a major.

Nice Z, I'm sure you got a great deal.

I would suggest the LED taillights before tinting, it makes a huge difference IMO
