Default Soon to be a new owner again- 07 white

Forgot to post an intro here, so here goes. Got this babe about a month ago, but had an accident and the repairs should be done at the end of this upcoming week so I'll regain my baby once again. 07 Touring w/ 24k miles.

Do they still use that gimmicky mechanical arm system to allow CD load in/remove the face plate? I forgot which one I had in my old clunker, but it began randomly losing contact after about a year and a half and I'm trying to avoid that same design. I know that immobile faceplates that simply click out when you want to remove them never suffer from this problem.
