I just bought a 2004 350z Base model, Hooked Up With a Nice Body kit, intake and sounds amazing. Car has a few promblems, Engine light for a sensor broke($600) Horn had a short ( $200) coolant leak ( $75) Trunk Pressure Pumps wont hold up trunk ( $140) Car is like a 4 inchs from floor and i live in new york so many pot holes and speed bumps. I fixed all promblems except this one-_- NO AC ( $ 1500 ) No ac at All! i was told car was made as a model car n for that reason no ac was Ever installed. But check out the piks of it It looks Amazing

 

 

Did you know about all these problems before buying the car?

i was told the Ac was just hardline
( Compressor, condensor, and tubes) which i got for $600 n now just sitting in car trunk
coolant leak no. i toook it for a spin it was find after driving around to have car alarm installed and jus chilling the car startiing shakin n i sow it was on ( H )

 

why would you not take the car to a mechanic before purchasing?

What is a "model" car? All Zs had A/C from the factory.

A model car with no A/C is a car where you get girls all hot and bothered because it's so damn hot...just a guess

 

Honestly I dont not if the ac was put in at the factory and taken out from the guy i bought it from Probley, but why go thru all that work ; The guy i bought it from hooked the car up and put it in all different car shows not racing or nothing jus for the loooks. he did alll the mods Himself. he bought a new car and toook out the rims and system from the Z and than sold me it i still got the body kit, in take racing seats and all jus stock rims and music layer. i didnt take it to a mechanic b/c i found the car on a ebay add talked to the seller thru the phone took a three hour drive to see the car test drove it and decided to buy it. i paid him in full with a Personal check and worked out an agreement that he would cash the check and once it went thru drive car to me. the town he lived in had no mechanic just one that was closed on sunday . andd as for pictures heres the link to the album https://my350z.com/forum/members/bxp...2004-350z.html

 

sounds like that car was previously boosted and had the AC removed. good luck with that car

car drives fine now i been driving it every day jus for fun;
just stucks that it dont have ac doesnt reallly matter anyways
the windows are tinted completly black
so if i had the windows up i would get pulled over realll quick for a ticket here in the city

How much did you pay for this car

 

I was expecting worse... not to bad. Put some spacers on those stockers, unless you can actually afford wheels that actually fit. Dont throw some crap wheels on it.

 

hope the engine holds up for you. I bet this car had some nice wheels before they parted out the turbo/wheels etc : P

 

I recall seeing the car before. Not crazy about the front end but still pretty clean. Congratulations.
